Our Business

Vitality Care, LLC is a Limited Liability Company which was founded by Drs. Anthony & Therese Bright to assist Insurance companies, and Attorney's with their Case Management needs.  Comprehensive, Medical and Vocational Case Management, and Life Care Planning are just a few of the services offered. Plus, Dr. Therese A. Bright is an experienced Vocational Counselor and is also a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. 

We provide prompt courteous service on every file referred.  Deadlines on files are honored, especially when it comes to a Life Care Plan that needs to be completed in two weeks.

We have had excellent recommendations from Insurance Companies and Attorneys who want quality work done on their cases and need the experience and expertise that Vitality Care, LLC has to offer.

Dr. Anthony L. Bright

    Business Manager

As Business Manager, Dr. Anthony Bright, directs and coordinates activities of the business and its departments.  He brings to Vitality Care, LLC a PhD in Counseling, Doctorate in Ministry, Doctorate in Divinity, a Doctorate in Theology, PhD in Religion, a Doctorate in Religious Education, and a PhD in Theology. 

He has extensive training in Human Services, over 25 years,  and does an excellent job in assisting the Executive Manager in running the daily operations of the business. He brings a wealth of wisdom to the business.

Dr. Therese Bright,   Chief Executive Manager

   Dr. Therese A. Bright has been in the Rehabilitation field for over 25 years and has worked within the Worker's Compensation arena and with Catastrophic Injuries. 

She obtained her Bachelors, in Mental Health Counseling from Gannon University, Erie, Pennsylvania.  She has a Masters in Rehabilitation Counseling from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, IL. Her PhD is in Counseling and she earned it from Christian Bible College in Rocky Mount, North Carolina as well as a Doctorate in Theology and Doctorate in Ministry from the same institution.

Dr. Therese A. Bright has extensive training in Life Care Planning from the University of Florida, and obtained a 128 graduate credit training Certificate in Life Care Planning.  She also has Medical and Vocational Case Management expertise and has been a Case Manager since 1985.  She obtained her Certification in Medicare Set-Asides also from the University of Florida/MediPro Seminars in 2005 obtaining an Advanced Professional Training Certificate of 32 graduate training credits in Medicare Set-Aside Allocations/Submissions and is a Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant. Her work is detailed, prompt, and concise and she represents both Insurance companies and Attorneys.

She has also had two years of Nurses training from the Gannon University Nursing Program and 49 Credit hours frm BJC Goldfarb School of Nursing, St.Louis, MO and continues to do both Medical and Vocational Case Management.
